Morgan Grate
Services Coordinator | Interventionist Intern
Morgan comes to the Therapeutic Recovery Network team with an extensive background working with adults and adolescents seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse. She began working in behavioral health in 2017 and has worked in all levels of care in various roles such as case management, discharge planning, crisis intervention and support. Most recently, working at one of Atlanta's leading behavioral health programs as Director of Admissions and Business Development.

Morgan has completed the ARISE® Comprehensive Care with Invitational Intervention® training and is working toward certification. In her role with Therapeutic Recovery Network, she will be assisting with treatment consulting, intervention and case management services.

Morgan was inspired to work in this field after her own personal struggle with substance abuse and mental health issues. She is passionate about helping families and clients begin their own healing process through compassion and authenticity. She provides extensive skills and knowledge both personally and professionally to help people gain more accessibility to treatment and walk families through the arduous process of getting their loved one the help they need and deserve. ​​
