Job Description: The Fully Licensed Mental Health Provider is responsible for providing mental health support and counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Assessment:

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
2. Therapeutic Counseling:

Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Facilitate discussions to help clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
3. Progress Monitoring:

Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
4. Crisis Intervention:

Assess and intervene in crisis situations to ensure client safety and provide immediate support.

Collaborate with other professionals as needed for comprehensive care.
5. Education and Advocacy:

Educate clients about mental health issues and coping strategies.

Advocate for clients’ needs and coordinate referrals to additional resources or services.
6. Professional Development:

Stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health by participating in ongoing training and education.

Engage in supervision and peer consultations as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state license to practice therapy (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients.
Working Conditions:
This position typically involves working in an office or clinical setting, with some flexibility for telehealth sessions.
