Fees & Insurance
Your mental health is an investment. Time. Effort. Money.
For that reason, we are upfront about our financial policies. We believe that you will see a return on your investment through your work with us. If your suffering could be relieved, if your stress, anxiety, or depression could be managed, and if your life could be about what fulfills you the most, would it be worth a shot?
Do we Accept Insurance?
No, but we do offer discounted and flat rate fees for our masters level intern therapists! Therapeutic Recovery Network is an out of network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits it is possible that your insurance company may reimburse you for a percentage of the therapy session fee, however the full session fee payment is required at the time of the session. We provide “super-bills” (forms used by insurance for billing) for our clients to submit an out of network claim. Therapeutic Recovery Network does not and cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Of note, when the insurance companies receive super-bills (or any documentation they require from a therapist), we must provide a diagnosis. This diagnosis goes on your medical record file. Many people are perfectly okay with this! However if you are not, then paying out of pocket is the only way to maintain your privacy from your insurance company.
If you want to find out about your benefits, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask to speak to someone about out-of-network mental health benefits. They’ll talk to you about your deductible and coverage. If you want more information on how to do this, contact us at info@therapeuticrecoverynetwork.com
*Note: Intervention & Consulting services are not covered by insurance and are private pay services. We do not provide "super-bills" or insurance receipts for intervention, treatment placement, or consulting services.
