WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're currently accepting applications for associate/pre-licensed Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Social Workers. An Associate Mental Health Provider is responsible for providing mental health support and counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

• The ideal candidate is passionate about mental healthcare, has excellent clinical skills, and ethical standards.

• The candidate values community and enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment.

• The candidate is passionate about growing their professional identity as a private practice clinician.

• The candidate is interested in working full-time and understands that time will be given to build to this case load.

• Candidates must have their Associate License or pursuing licensure.
